This truly is for everyone! Breath and movement are linked to support you in the moment and to allow you to feel each asana for your best experience. All postures and movements can be intensified or restorafied and beginners are always welcome. Each class is unique and is constructed based on the participants, overall energy level, weather, mood, needs, etc! You will always get exactly what you need!
Please bring your own yoga mat or borrow one of ours! please arrive with a few minutes to spare to get organized and complete any new participant paperwork.
